Rob and Sam arrived right on time within the promised window and made quick work of replacing my mailbox after FedEx backed into it. They removed the old damaged post and box, then assembled and installed the new one perfectly plumb and straight according to USPS guidelines.

They were fully equipped with everything needed right out of their work truck (including an auger and concrete) and had the whole project wrapped up in about 30 minutes.

The pricing was very reasonable, and I’m so glad I went with them rather than shopping around—they did outstanding work. I highly recommend American Mailbox Services!

I inquired online over a holiday weekend and they called me Monday morning.  We have a “neighborhood” specific mailbox 3 to a post and had to order the replacement parts.  Once we had the parts, they scheduled our repair, showed up when they said and repaired and reassembled our mailboxes on the new post.  I am very pleased with the response and repair. I’ve wanted to replace my mailbox for the last several years. However, in visiting the area box stores I really couldn’t find an upgrade to my 30 year old mailbox. This all changed when I was able to review the inventory stocked by American Mailbox Services. I personally chose the Premium Mailbox Package. I could have not made a better decision. Prompt professional and quick turnaround service. That included an expert installation in concrete, and steel mailbox with personalized address plates with gold lettering. Needless to say, I have the best looking mailbox in my neighborhood hands down.
